Terms and ConditionsAcceptance of Terms & Conditions:
By booking any of our services like tour to any foreign country, flight of any available airline, accommodation in any of your desired country and travel advices, etc. you are agreeing to accept our terms & conditions. Before availing our services, it is highly recommended that you must go through our terms and conditions so that each and every fact is clarified about our services to you and so that you may not have to face inconveniences. If you find any of your booking details, etc. incomplete or inaccurate you are advised to notify us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your issue at our earliest. If you would not notify us in time then you might get yourself into some trouble and we would not be liable to you for any of such trouble. We reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions at any time without notifying our dear clients. However we shall try our best to save our dear clients from facing any sort of inconveniences.
Booking details confirmation:
It is advised to our dear clients to reconfirm their booking details at least 72 hours before the departure because if any problem is found regarding booking details then those problems could be resolved as soon as possible so that they may not have to trouble at the time of departure. If there are some problems regarding booking details and you do not notify us about those problems then we shall obviously unable to resolve those issues and hence you would have to face troubles and we shall not be responsible for any trouble caused due to your own such mistake.
Policy of tickets:
The prices of tickets of airlines can vary to any extent. The ticket prices are not guaranteed until ticket is issued. Despite booking payments, if you delay the payment of ticket issuance and the prices of tickets increases then you have to pay for the tickets at new rates. Consequently if the prices of tickets are decreased then you have to pay for the tickets at lower rates but delay in payment of tickets might arise troubles for you which may be non-availability of tickets, etc. It is to be taken into your kind consideration that the tickets of all available airline are neither changeable nor non-refundable. The tickets may be refundable depending upon the conditions of that particular airline. However it is advised to our dear clients that kindly make sure that you are selecting the desired ticket of particular airline carefully because once you have booked ticket then the terms and conditions would be applicable on you from that very moment.
It is highly recommended that you must have a good travel insurance which would serve you in various ways. Travel insurance would save you from getting into troubles caused by unforeseen circumstances. Those unforeseen circumstances can be missed flight, medical injury and many others. Therefore it is advised to our dear clients to have travel insurance so that you may enjoy your memorable trip and perform your religious obligations with minimum risks of loss.
Policy of residence:
It is possible that agreed option for residence is not available due to any possible reason. We reserve full right to change your residence i.e. hotels, etc. at any time. However we shall provide the alternate residence to our dear clients as soon as possible so that they may not face any problem regarding notice. Moreover if the hotel makes any variations in your residence plan due to any circumstances then we shall not be responsible for any such incident. However we shall notify about any such amendment made in tour plan due to unavoidable circumstances at our earliest to save our dear clients from facing any inconveniences.
Operational failure of airline:
At the time of booking, our dear clients would have various options of available international airlines varying in ticket prices as per their policies. You may select any of the available international airline as per your budget but it is very important to note that if your selected airline faces operational failure i.e. the airline is unable to operate due to any reason then we would not be responsible for any financial losses. Therefore it is again recommended to you to have a travel insurance which would cover such financial losses up to certain extent and would save you from getting into total loss.
Passport and Visa policy:
Our dear clients should have passport having 6 months validity before the returning date. It is highly recommended to confirm the your VISA details with the embassy so that if you have any issue regarding your passport of VISA then those issues could be resolved as soon as possible. It is advised to carry your essential official documents with you every time so that if any security personnel or any other officials need to check your official documents like passport, etc. you could provide those documents to them on the spot to avoid any inconvenience. Besides it is advised to you that you must carry several photocopies of all of your official documents because it is quite often that security officials and hotels, etc. need to have photocopies of your official documents for security reasons aor any other reasons. You have to submit your passports along with the prescribed original documents and photographs etc. so that your documents are put into further processing as soon as possible. The process might take a week or even more time. Once your travel documents get clearance from the umrah system then those would be submitted to Saudi Embassy for further processing. Saudi Embassy can take a time of three to four weeks and even more for processing and if during this process your passport or any other travel document is misplaced/lost by the Saudi Embassy then in this case we shall not be responsible for any kind of loss. However in any such case we shall try our best to help our dear clients to resolve their issue but we cannot guarantee for it. Also the VISA is not guaranteed under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any delay in obtaining VISA from the embassy caused due to the officials of embassy and hence we would not bear any related cost.
Different international airlines have different policies regarding luggage and baggage of the travelers. They have different policies of luggage allowance therefore it is strongly recommended that you must read the policies of your desired airline regarding the baggage and luggage so that you do not have to face any inconvenience later on. You have to get information that what sort of baggage is allowed and what sort of baggage is not allowed to carry on a particular airline that you are going to select for traveling to Saudi Arabia for performing Umrah. Besides you have to get information about the gross weight that is allowed for one passenger as well as the weight allowed for hand carry. You should have each and every such information of the particular airline which you are going to select so that you can prepare yourself accordingly.
The tickets of international airlines are always non-refundable after cancellation. However some international airlines may allow you to change your flight but for that extra charges would be deducted. In case you cancel booking before issuance of Umrah package flight tickets and hotels, etc. then only the charges of administration fee would be deducted and rest of your deposited amount would be refunded to you. The administration fee can be 50% or even more and hence corresponding amount would be deducted from your initial deposit. It is strongly recommended that you discuss all facts and figures regarding cancellation policies with our representative so that you have clarified the cancellation policies before the departure.
Issues and emergencies:
If you face any inconvenience during your tour then you can contact with our representatives 24/7. In case of any sort of emergency it is highly recommended that you should contact us as soon as possible so that we may help you accordingly and resolve your issues. We shall try our best to resolve your issues and get you out of trouble at our earliest but it would only be possible when you will notify us about the issue or emergency. If you are unable to contact us in time and you suffer a loss then we shall not be responsible for any loss.
It is always better to check-in early for departure so that any unforeseen incident may be avoided which may otherwise cause a delay in you departure. It is strongly recommended that you should make check-in at least 3 hours before the departure time. The check-in is generally closed 1 hour before the departure time so it is better to be in time. If you are unable to check-in in time due to any reason and face financial loss then we shall not be responsible for any such financial loss.
For travelers having non-Muslim names:
It is quite often that people belonging to other religions are converted to Islam but do not change their name. They are having non-Muslim names. For such people having non-Muslim names, it is essential to submit a certificate from an Islamic Centre or Masjid, etc. as a proof that he/she is a Muslim.
It is essential for a family to verify their relations as mehrams. If a couple claims to have a relationship of husband and wife then they should have a valid proof in the form of official documents verified by the authorities concerned. Similarly if women/men are carrying children with them then they have to give proof the relation with the children. In case you are unable to provide any such proof then you may be subjected to policies of the concerned authorities and you may get into a trouble for you which you would be responsible only.
If you are having any disease such as diabetes, etc. then you must carry each and every related medication prescribed by your doctor. If you face any medical issue then there would be no one to help you. If you forget or lost your medication then you’ll get into serious trouble and for any medical problem due to such mistakes, we shall not be responsible for any loss. Therefore it is strongly recommended to carry all of your essential medications along with you. Besides carry with you the prescription of all medications so that if your medication is lost then you may buy them from any pharmacy, etc.
You should be financially secure while on tour to Saudi Arabia for performing religious obligation so that if you get into some sort of problem or official processes then you should have sufficient money to bear the costs. Besides you should also have sufficient money to bear medical charges in case you face any medical injury. The best solution to all these problems is to have a travel insurance which would protect you in such cases.
We try our best to ensure that all the information given to you regarding booking details, hotels, scheduled transportation, etc. but we do not give guarantee of its accuracy therefore it is highly recommended that you must confirm your booking details, VISA details, etc. by your own as well.
