We had the best experience and an amazing umrah trip. We choose 5 days Makkah and 2 days Madinah at an amazing price. We had both Adeem & Areeba who were so helpful, friendly and always easily available to get in contact with. We opted for transport and the drivers were great and vans were vip standards. We had no issues in our trip and I would definitely recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future. Especially brother Adeem and Sister Areeba who made everything so easy for us. I like the fact that I can send funds to my family though the app with no charges weather I am at home or a broad which I applaud you for
However it’s annoying everytime I am using the app I have to keep on up loading the same information over and over again
I spoke to one customer service personnel who a sured me that it wouldn’t happen again
But lo and behold as I was sending funds to my family to day it happened again
Since I wrote my review about my experience with ACE money tranfere I was contacted by a member of there staff which was unexpected however I was informed and reassured that the issue was because my document I uploaded was out of date and the system took a bit of time to process the new information I sent
I have updated there star rating because there Customer service is very good
